Refund and Returns Policy

Welcome to The SnapKart. We strive to provide the best quality products and customer satisfaction. This Refund and Returns Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.

By placing an order on www.thesnapkart.com, you agree to the terms below.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return or replacement if:

• You received a damaged product
• You received a defective product
• You received the wrong product
• The product is missing parts

You must request a return within 5 days of delivery.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused
• The product must be in its original packaging
• All tags, accessories, and original items must be included
• You must provide proof of purchase (Order ID / Invoice)

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used products
• Products damaged by the customer
• Personal care items (if used)
• Items without original packaging

4. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Refund will be issued to your original payment method

If you paid via:

• UPI / Card / Net Banking → Refund to same method
• Cash on Delivery → Refund via Bank Transfer or UPI

5. Replacement Policy

We offer free replacement if:

• Product is damaged
• Product is defective
• Wrong product delivered

Replacement will be processed within 3-7 business days after approval.

6. Return Shipping

• In some cases, we provide free return shipping
• In other cases, customer may need to ship the product back

Return shipping instructions will be provided via email.

7. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order:

• Before the order is shipped → Full refund
• After shipping → Cancellation not allowed

8. Refund Not Applicable

Refund will not be provided if:

• Wrong address provided by customer
• Customer refuses delivery
• Product used or damaged by customer
